Hub Recruitment is a talent acquisition firm that focuses on recruiting the best mid to senior level leaders from diverse backgrounds. As their web developer, I was tasked with creating a website that would showcase their services and attract senior candidates from BAME backgrounds as well as businesses who need BAME candidates.

To meet Hub Recruitment's needs, I designed a modern and visually appealing website that emphasised the importance of diversity and inclusion. I ensured a clear layout to make navigation easy and incorporated essential pages. The website's design and messaging were intended to attract senior candidates from BAME backgrounds and businesses that need diverse candidates. I continue to work with Hub Recruitment to add new functionalities, such as a job board, to enhance the website further.
